You’ve ordered Tesco Broadband but what happens next?

What happens when i have placed my order?

Your Tesco Broadband service will take up to 17 days to go live. We will be in touch each step of the way to keep you updated with the progress of your order, here is what will happen:

  1. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email to confirm this
  2. Within the following few days we will email you the date we estimate your service will be live (your old service will continue to work up to this date)
  3. Your Welcome pack and wireless router will follow separately through the post so you have everything you need to get started on your go live date
  4. On your go live date we will send you an email to let you know you can set up your router and get started, that's it!

We also give you the option to receive text message updates, helping you keep up to date as things happen.
