Before you switch you need to have the following information ready: 

• The telephone number (including area code) of the line you will be using to access the internet
• Your full address including postcode
• Your credit or debit card details
• Your bank or building society account number
• Your bank or building society branch sort code
• Your Tesco Clubcard number (if you have one) 

Checklist to be eligible: 

• You are over 18
• You are authorised to make a decision on broadband for your household
• You have a UK bank account
• You are UK resident
• You have an email address (as this will be our main route of contact)
• BT line required
