*Tesco Telecoms will donate 10 pence from each chargeable Directory Enquiries call between 1st March 2011 and 28th February 2012 to Alzheimer's Society (Reg. charity no. 296645), which will give 10% of that money to Alzheimer Scotland (Reg. charity no. SC022315).

Tesco Broadband comes with a wireless router included. This router is already set up for you to connect and start using our network and will come with instructions of how to set it up (if you get stuck there is no need to worry our customer care team will be on hand to help guide you through).

As part of your package some great call features come included - last caller identification (1471) and withhold number (141). You can also opt in to take voicemail (1571) at no extra cost.
Tesco Broadband offers unlimited downloads, but in order to provide a fair experience to all our customers, our service is subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Tesco Broadband offer up to 20Meg broadband. This speed relates to maximum download speed which may vary based on factors including distance from local exchange, network capacity, our traffic shaping and management policy, number of people using the service at any one time. To order Tesco Broadband with inclusive anytime calls you need to confirm you are happy to take Tesco line rental at £13.75 per month. This means you will transfer your service from your existing provider and that your calls will go through our network. Therefore you will not pay another provider for the line rental keeping everything on one bill.

Call connection is 9.99p per call for chargeable calls to 01, 02, 03, UK mobiles, 0845 & 0870 numbers.

Your monthly bill will be viewable online and a link to your online account will be sent via email to the email address you enter at sign up. If you wish to opt for paper billing this will cost an additional £1 per month. To request paper billing please ask our Customer Care team.
