1000 Clubcard points when you sign up to a 12 month home phone contract with line rental. Plus, collect 3 Clubcard points for every £1 you spend on your bill.
There’s a monthly fee of £7 for the Talk 3 package which gives you Inclusive Anytime calls to standard UK landlines (up to 70 minutes in length only - per minute charging applies thereafter).

*Unlimited calls to Tesco directory enquiries 118 321 are only available to Tesco home phone customers calling from a registered Tesco home phone number. Unlimited directory enquiries 118 321 available for residential use only. Tesco home phone reserves the right to withdraw this service.

Making the switch

  1. You must be over 18 and be a UK resident with a UK bank account
  2. You must be a BT account holder
  3. Apply online or over the phone
  4. Setup a Direct Debit instruction with us. (All bill payments have to be via monthly direct debit).

Once you've applied it may take up to 3 weeks to move to us. During this time we will confirm your bank details, cancel and transfer your existing service from BT. During the transfer your phone service will be unaffected. We'll deal with it as quickly as possible and will keep you informed on progress.

  • Tesco home phone only works on a BT landline.
  • Please remember that we have a minimum contract period of 3 months. This may vary with promotional offers.
  • All payments by monthly Direct Debit
